Krystal Marie, born on November 24 1981 is an American political commentator. She was previously a candidate for the US Senate as well as a TV presenter for MSNBC. She has appeared on guest appearances on shows like Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball credits her passion for politics due to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and was also able observe the US presidential elections while in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected those in the country, and thus she was able to appreciate the global impact US politics has on people around the world. She was a Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee dedicated to Democratic causes) in May of 2017.
